COVID-19 CONDITIONS
NHS Covid-19 event Pass As per the Government recommendations, we are following the NHS Covid-19 pass. All staff & customers will need to log & show their pass on arrival at the event to prove that they have:

• Been double vaccinated OR

• A Negative lateral flow test within 48 hours of the event (these are readily available free of charge across the UK) OR

• Have had a positive PCR test in the last 6 months (and have finished isolating)

The process is simple, In order to access your pass, please visit https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass/ A paper pass can be requested by contacting NHS 119.

• If the event cannot take place due to Covid-19 (e.g Lockdown) the event will be postponed to a later date and all tickets will be transferred to the new date.

• If the new date is not suitable a credit voucher with a 12 month expiry will be given for use at future events (T&C’s apply)

• Each event will have a dedicated Covid-19 risk assessment. Based on regulations at the given time we reserve the right to alter any elements of the event, including but not limited to rule of 6, facemasks, table service etc.

• By booking tickets you are agreeing to work within whatever legislation is relevant at the time.

CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALE INC REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS.

• Tickets cannot be exchanged for any other Prosecco Festival event.

• Valid tickets or ticket codes are only accepted at entry.

• Refunds will only be issued up to 21 days prior to a festival and only if the festival has sold out.

• If we suspect a ticket/ticket code may not belong to you we may ask you to prove your identity or quote details from the original booking.

• Tickets are exchanged for access wristbands on first entry into the festival. Each member of the audience must be wearing a valid wristband at all times during the event. We cannot be held liable for any tickets/wristbands which are lost or stolen.

• It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure booking details and tickets are correct as mistakes cannot always be rectified.

• In the event of the festival advertised on the ticket having to be abandoned during the event (for any reason) the festival will deemed to have been held and no refunds will be possible.

• Prosecco Festival accepts no responsibility for any personal property lost, damaged or stolen.

• All audience members consent to audio/visual recording of the festival for publicity purposes.

• If the event is cancelled prior to the event starting Prosecco Festival will automatically refund tickets booked from the website (online bookings) back to the payment card used in the original transaction. If a ticket was purchased at a ticket outlet (not from the website) it is the responsibility of the ticket holder to organize their own ticket refund by contacting us through the website, as refunds will not be available at the ticket outlet used to purchase them.

CONDITIONS OF VOUCHER USE

• While not obligated to, we provide a good will voucher for guests that cannot attend a re-scheduled date due to Covid-19, in the following circumstances only:

• The customer has responded within 14 days of the change of date confirmation email

• Customers requesting the voucher outside of this date will not be granted, and our usual cancellation & refund terms & conditions apply.

• Vouchers have no cash value and simply grant entry to a Prosecco festival event within 12 months of the original voucher date.

• Vouchers cannot be sold or used for any other purposes.

• If you are unable to attend other re-scheduled dates, no financial refunds or similar will be given i.e the voucher carries no value beyond granting the original bearer entry to an event within 12 months.

• Vouchers can be used exclusively by the original bearer only.

• Vouchers cannot be extended, nor can they be used beyond their use by date.

• By giving the voucher, prosecco festival does not:

• Guarantee a return date to a specific location or City

• Offer any value or carry any cash alternative, simply a good will entry to a future event within the specified time frame.

• Should the customer not use the voucher within the specified timeframe, for any reason, the voucher will be invalid and no alternative will be provided.

• The voucher carries no cash value and cannot be exchanged as such.

THE PROMOTER RESERVES THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS

• To refuse entry to or remove any persons from the festival.

• For security to search and “pat-down” a person and their belongings on entry to the festival, including searching of bags.

• In the unlikely event that festival needs to be prosponed your tickets will automatically be moved to the new date. If you are unable to make the new date you will be issued with a voucher which will be valid for 12 months and can be used at any of our festivals, T&C’s apply

• Make changes to the schedule due to unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances.

• Cancel the festival for reasons beyond our control without notice and without liability to pay any person compensation or damage whatsoever.

• Abandon the festival during the festival times due to unforeseen circumstances without liability to pay any person compensation or ticket refunds.

YOU ALSO AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING

• ID will be asked for if you look 25 or under at the door or bar. If you can't prove you are over 18 (when asked) you will be refused entry or asked to leave the festival.

• Prosecco Festival Ltd cannot be responsible for the language, including swear words, used by band members during their performances.

• Prosecco Festival Ltd operate a zero tolerance policy to drugs and dangerous behaviour.

• Prosecco Festival Ltd operates a zero tolerance policy for abusive or threatening behaviour towards the staff.

• Strobe and flashing lights may be used during the performances.

• Smoking or vaping is only permitted outside of the the venue.

• No purchasing of alcohol for consumption by minors or distribution to minors.

• No alcohol, soft drinks or food may be brought into the festival.

• Dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated.

• The Prosecco Bars are operated by a drink token system. Tokens are non-refundable so please purchase only what you intend to consume.

• Loud music can damage ears. Please don't stand directly in front of the speakers.

• Although Prosecco Festival will cater for most dietary requirements they cannot guarantee to cater for all special dietary requirements, lifestyle choices or those with allergies or food intolerances. You are able to leave the festival and cater for you needs outside of the festival but it cannot be brought inside the venue.

• No pets of any type are allowed into the festival.
