  • Will I need to show the Covid-19 NHS event pass?
    As per the Government recommendations, we are following the NHS Covid-19 pass. All staff & customers will need to log & show their pass on arrival at the event to prove that they have: Been double vaccinated OR A Negative lateral flow test within 48 hours of the event (these are readily available free of charge across the UK) OR Have had a positive PCR test in the last 6 months (and have finished isolating) The process is simple, In order to access your pass, please visit https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/covid-pass/ A paper pass can be requested by contacting NHS 119. This system will now be the ‘’norm’’ for responsible & safe events & travel in the UK, and hugely contribute to keeping our events Covid safe, allowing our guests to really let their hair down, and our staff in their roles,
  • Ive booked as a large group, can we still come together?"
    Yes - there are currently no longer restrictions on numbers inside.
  • What happens if the event can't happen due to Covid-19?
    In the event of further lockdowns & restrictions no events will be cancelled. We will instead move all tickets to a new date, with all being trasferred to the new date. Our guest & staffs safety is always our primary concern, so the festivals will only take place when safe to do so.
  • What happens if I can not make the re-scheduled date?
    We appreciate that rescheduled dates are not always suitable for all, so in this instance a voucher will be given for use at future events.
  • What are the Covid Rules of the event?
    There will be no social distancing at events, and we can’t wait to once again see full dance floors! Needless to say, Our staff & customer safety is of paramount importance, and allowing our customers to feel comfortable, relaxed and safe enough to let your hair down is our aim – introducing steps which will allow this. On this basis, we are working with the recommended legislation and will be taking the following steps: NHS Covid-19 event Pass As per the Government recommendations, we are following the NHS Covid-19 pass. Instead, in order to limit face to face contact, we will be sending this information out in advance, and providing a ‘’How it Works’’ flyer on arrival. We will of course still have team members available should you need them. Hand Sanitizing & additional ventilation. We will have various points for hand sanitising, and extra air flow wherever possible. Mask Wearing While not a requirement, should you wish to, mask wearing is absolutely accepted, and indeed encouraged in any pinch point areas such as arrival, bar queues etc.
  • What happens if I can't attend the event due to being unwell?
    Our ususal cancellation terms & conditions apply i.e no refunds are available within 21 days of the event. However, if you have opted for the refund ptorection insurance sold via Ticketsource, we would reccomend contacting them.
  • How does Club Fizz work?
    Club fizz is the UK’s Prosecco Club. Every month (or every 2/3 months depending on your plan) our fizzy pixies handpick products for your monthly’ ’Box of Fizz’’, with the contents remaining a surprise until its delivered! Every box of fizz will include: Each box includes: 4 Full size bottles of Fizz, handpicked by our fizzie pixies. Every box will be different, featuring exclusive fizz from vineyards around the World. Wines will vary from Prosecco to pink fizz, Cava to Champagne - no 2 boxes will be the same! 10% off discount card for our online shop per month Exclusive monthly offers & discounts FREE secure & tracked shipping / delivery Cancel at any time*! (notice of 14 days applies)
  • How much does it cost?
    Club fizz costs £45 per month (or every 2/3 months depending on plan), though you can cancel at anytime. Your first payment is taken straight away, with future payments taken on a similar frequency, based on how often you select the frequency.
  • Can I buy as a gift?

  • Can I see what's in the box before I join?
    We love surprising or members each month with their gorgeous ‘Box of Fizz’’, and keeping the surprise is important. We therefore don’t release the contents of each Box f Fizz in advance, but suggest you perhaps review our previous boxes to get a flavour of what to expect.
  • What does a monthly 'Box of Fizz' include?
    While every month is a surprise, every ‘Box Of Fizz’ will include: 2 Handpicked full size bottles of Prosecco from the Veneto region 1 monthly full size ‘’Wild Card Fizz’’- this will vary every month, but will always be fizzy and always gorgeous! Think Moscato through to Rosato! A mini 50ml measure of our ‘’Cocktail of the month’’ syrup, allowing you to make our fizzy cocktail at home. A couple f mini nibbles for when the fizzy munchies hit A 10% off discount card for online shop purchases & other excusive offers. FREE UK mainland delivery
  • Can I exchange the contents of my Box Of Fizz?
    Every product has been hand selected, but we do understand that not everything is always to everyone’s taste. Unfortunately we aren't able to offer any exchanges. We’re certain you’ll love next months!
  • Can I get a refund after delivery?
    We don’t offer refunds on monthly subscription boxes after they have been delivered & unpacked.
  • I'm vegan - can I join?
    While the majority of our fizz is vegan, some of our vineyards use non-Vegan fining processes. At present we’re not able to guarantee all wine will be vegan, but we’re working on this for the future.
  • I have a food allergy - can I join?
    As each Box of Fizz is different, currently we’re not able to guarantee which allergens will be present in each Box of fizz,

  • Will I need I.D?
    If you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will asked for ID, which can include driving licence photocard or passport. Credit cards, Debit cards & student cards are not valid I.D. this event is for strictly over 18’s only.
  • Can I bring Children or those under 18?
    Children are not permitted at any of our festivals, and entry is strictly over 18's.
  • Will there be food at the event?
    Some events will have nibbles and snacks. Please check.
  • Is re-entry permitted?
    Yes, you can come back to the festival, we vary how this is managed including wristbands, stamps etc,
  • Do I need to bring my tickets?
    Each ticket has an exclusive barcode, you will either need to bring a printed version of the ticket or you can show your ticket on a mobile device.
  • Do you post tickets?
    In a big to be as green as possible, All our tickets are sent to you through a Ticketsource confirmation email.
  • I can't find my tickets
    Tickets are sent instantly by email after purchasing via Ticketsource, they can go into your spam / junk folder so please check before contacting us. If not, please email us on info@proseccofestival.co.uk and we can re-send the confirmation email to you. If you still don’t receive the email again check your junk or spam folder.
  • What's included with my ticket?
    Please click to visit our tickets page for further information as ticket types vary at each location.
  • Will there be seating?
    The Prosecco Festival does provide some limited seating for General Admission tickets but is not guaranteed for every attendee unless you have purchased a VIP Tickets.
  • I cant make the event. Can I have a refund?
    We are able to offer refunds only if the event has sold out and there are more than 21 days left before the festival. Please email info@proseccofestival.co.uk with your booking reference number and we can provide you with this information.
  • Can tickets be purchased on the day?
    Entry tickets can only be purchased on the door if tickets are still available. To avoid disappointment we do recommend that you purchase yours in advance,
  • Where can I buy tokens?
    Tokens can be purchased on the day (and are non refundable) using cash or card
  • Is there a dress code?
    We don’t have a dress code for our festivals.
  • Are soft drinks available?
    Yes, we serve soft drinks at all our festivals for any non-drinkers and we also serve non alcoholic Prosecco. For those who don’t like fizz & gin we serve Peroni as an alternative alcoholic option.
  • Is the festival inside?
    Yes all of our Prosecco Festivals are inside the venues, unless your event states specifically otherwise.
  • Can I cancel?
    We’re sorry you want to leave us. In order to cancel please email members@clubfizz.co.uk at least 7 days before your next payment is due to be taken. Each payment is taken the month prior for the delivery the following month e.g if you join in May you will receive your first box in June. In order to find when your next payment is due: log into your account here using the email address used when joining Club fizz Head to the subscriptions tab in the dashboard. The payment date will show e.g 9th May. If you cancel at least 7 days before this date your subscription will be cancelled i.e If you were to cancel 7 days before May 9th you would not receive your June box. However, if you don’t cancel within this time frame your payment will be taken with your box delivered, but no further boxes.
  • Do you offer any other plans, other than monthly?"
    We don’t currently offer any other plans other than our monthly membership
  • I've cancelled, but want to re-join?"
    No problem, we would love to welcome you back – contact us at members@clubfizz.co.uk
  • I've joined, and can't wait to receive my first box next month. However, i really want this months too?"
    No problem, we can arrange this for you so long as its not sold out, simply contact us at members@clubfizz.co.uk
  • Can I cancel?
    We’re sorry you want to leave us. In order to cancel please email members@clubfizz.co.uk at least 7 days before your next payment is due to be taken.     We strive to offer the box of the month when you join, however this does depend on availability s we do sell-out! At the point of joining the webiste will detail if the same months box is available.
