Sipsmith Vintage Sloe Gin, see’s Dartmoor sloes rested upon their classic London Dry Gin for a 3 month maceration period. With considerably less sugar, the result is bright & fruit driven with notes of plum & raisin alongside bakewell notes from the stones of the fruit. Delicious!
